Sales Development Manager (Tiszaug)

We are looking for a Sales Development Manager to join our partner who is a fast growing company with an innovative approach, now selling their products in 18 European countries. They represent and sell machines for green care, tillage and forestry.

What will your tasks be?

Expand and develop new sales channels

Plan expansion on new markets within the EU

Determine and evaluate sales goals and milestones

Ensure that everyone carries out his or her tasks in accordance with the agreed procedures and quality guidelines

Classify the work according to knowledge and skills and check where necessary

Plan and direct the daily work of the sales team

Stimulate the development, quality and expansion of your team

Draw up and monitor the budgets allocated to you in consultation with the CEO

Manage the showrooms appearances and plan with other management branches


What are our expectations of you?

College or University Degree

3-5 year experience in sales expansion and developing new markets

Good at identifying market opportunities and sensitive to market trend analysis

Good command of the English language both spoken and written

Competence in general computer skills

A problem solver who gets things done with a high sense of urgency

Ability to network and collaborate within and outside of the organization

Empathic, flexible and convincing personality

Proactive, enterprising, service-oriented and customer-friendly

Self-managing and able to manage your own activities and those of your team

Not a 9 to 5 mindset

Willingness to travel abroad

Familiarity with e-commerce and B2B sales

It's an advantage if:

You have affinity with agricultural mechanisation

You have knowledge of the German language
