Mi lesz a feladatod?

  • Definitions, start-up and development of new and existing production lines, equipment, tools, and processes
  • Lead and guide engineering activities and developments
  • Coordination of the e-bike new test equipment and software implementation-related activities
  • Specification for the new production lines, equipment, and tools is authored based on the standard specification
  • Production lines, equipment, tools quotes from the different suppliers to create an evaluated and comparable basis for decision-making processes
  • Create the new production lines, equipment, and tools implementation project timeline to ensure the delivery and set up in time
  • Lead production lines, equipment, and tools development projects in case to improve productivity and work environment conditions,
  • Lead or active participation in the work of development projects
  • Production processes, methods automatization
  • Robotization
  • Andon system development and key user function
  • Actual production equipment and processes development with advanced level PLC, MES, data collection and analysis systems
  • Process digitalization and paperless factory solutions
  • E-bike testing equipment and software implementation coordination for the serial production
  • Specification of the test equipment toward the producer, quotation, the technical, and economic preparation of purchases
  • Active participation in task solutions for the installation, component and end-product level storage, development and fault-finding problems of the electrical system of e-bikes
  • In relation to the assembly of e-bikes, supervision of the activation process of the electrical systems from both the hardware and software side, education, training, troubleshooting, defining, and ensuring system requirements in cooperation with IT
  • Managing the documentation, test programs necessary for the production
  • Professional representation of the factory toward the system suppliers, close cooperation with them to improve the errors and deficiencies found (software upgrade, screening and repair of component errors, etc.)
  • Development of basic and advanced training about e-bike systems for the relevant organizations
  • Support the R&D engineering group with production-related requirements (design for manufacturing)
