Project manager for Philippino workers
The main target of the job is to support the integration of the Philippine employees into the Hungarian culture. Our partner is planning to employ hundreds of Philippine employees in its sites. To introduce the project they need a specialist with project management skills, who is aware both of the Hungarian as well as the Philippine culture and could support the organization during the implementation phase.
What will your tasks be?
Support the integration of the Philippine employees into the Hungarian culture
Support the organization during the implementation phase
Work closely with HR collaguaes of the company

What are our expectations of you?
Strong leadership skills, ability to direct employees
Detail-oriented and great organizational capabilities
Excellent Project Management: analytical, problem-solving, and process management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools: Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Knowledge of the Asian - especially the Philippine - culture
1-2 years experience in managing manpower projects
Fluent English
